Yes. Our labor-only service lets you hire movers without renting a truck from us.

📦 WHAT DOES TRUCK LOADING INCLUDE?

Loading starts with a walkthrough of your belongings and the route to the truck.

✔️ Carry furniture and packed boxes to the truck

✔️ Disassemble basic furniture when needed

✔️ Wrap furniture with the agreed protection materials

✔️ Position heavy pieces and organize the load

✔️ Use the available truck space efficiently

✔️ Secure belongings with straps and tie-downs

⚠️ Tell us about fragile pieces, oversized furniture, safes and pianos before booking. Specialty items may require added equipment, staffing or charges.

Careful loading reduces shifting, but it cannot remove every risk of the road. See the coverage section below.

🏠 WHAT DOES TRUCK UNLOADING INCLUDE?

We carry furniture and boxes from your truck into your home, apartment, office or storage unit.

✔️ Place boxes and furniture in the right rooms

✔️ Carry items up stairs or through elevators

✔️ Reassemble basic furniture when arranged

📝 Before the crew arrives, label your boxes and decide where large furniture goes.

⚠️ If your load shifted during the drive, tell the crew before the truck door is opened.

💵 HOW MUCH DOES TRUCK LOADING OR UNLOADING COST IN NORFOLK?

Deposits are applied to your total.

The three-hour minimum is a billing minimum, not a promise that every job finishes in three hours.

👥 HOW MANY MOVERS SHOULD I BOOK?

🏠 Studio or one-bedroom — Two movers

🏠 Two or three bedrooms — Three movers

🏠 Four or more bedrooms — Four movers

Your actual inventory matters more than bedroom count.

Heavy furniture, stairs, long carries and tight access can change the recommendation.

A bigger crew cannot speed up a job limited by one elevator or a narrow stairway.

⚠️ Outgoing loads need protection materials that stay with the truck. The crew's reusable equipment leaves with the crew.

🛡️ DO YOU CARRY CARGO INSURANCE ON LABOR-ONLY MOVES?

No. Our crews carry general liability and workers' compensation coverage.

⚠️ Labor-only service does not include cargo insurance for belongings in your rental truck.

Because you rent and drive the truck, you are the carrier.

Ask your rental company or insurer about protection, limits, deductibles and exclusions.

Many rental protection plans do not cover damage from cargo shifting in transit, so read your plan before you drive.

If you believe our crew damaged an item while handling it, report it promptly so we can document and review it.
