A one-hour deposit at the booked service level reserves your crew and appointment time. The deposit is applied to your moving-day total and is refundable when cancellation notice is received at least 48 hours in advance.

The guarantee does not automatically cover pre-existing damage, customer-packed contents, internal electronic or mechanical failure, or damage occurring after a labor-only load leaves our direct control. Those details protect both the customer and the company by making responsibility clear.
