After the 3-hour minimum, time bills in 15-minute increments, so a job that runs 3 hours and 10 minutes bills as 3.25 hours, not 4. The deposit is one hour at your crew's rate, it comes off your total, and it is refundable if you cancel 48 hours or more before your move. Military customers get $50 off — that discount is standing, not a coupon. If our movers damage an item while it is under their direct handling, we review it promptly and work with you toward repair or replacement.

Q: Are these real jobs?

A: Yes. Every line is a completed move that was paid in full, checked against our payment records before it went on this page. If a payment could not be verified, the job did not make the board. Names are left off on purpose — the numbers are the point.

Q: Why do two similar moves cost different amounts?

A: Hours. The rate is the same for everybody; what changes is how long the move takes. Stairs, distance between the door and the truck, how much is packed and ready — that is what moves a total from $600 to $1,500.

Q: What is not in these totals?

A: Packing supplies on labor-only jobs (you provide pads, blankets, straps, and wrap), and anything you ask us to add on move day. The truck travel fee on full-service jobs is $250 and is always quoted as its own line before you book, never after.
