127 man-hours documented on four jobs alone. That is a floor, not a total — it counts only the jobs where the hours are written down.
Crew pay rates: 28 dollars an hour standard in Hampton Roads. Gainesville crews start at 30 dollars an hour; proven hands earn 35. Hoarder cleanout crews earn 50 dollars an hour.
