Pianos, gun safes, antiques, motorcycles, watercraft, certain electronics — government HHG carriers routinely decline these. Red Mill Elementary in Virginia Beach is one of the top-rated schools in the city. Families with school-age kids often pay BAH out-of-pocket for the Red Mill zone. If schools matter, this is the move.

THE COMMUTE FROM CHESAPEAKE / NORFOLK ADDS UP
